How to Delete Candy AI Account in 6 Easy Steps

Step 1: Log In to Your Candy AI Account

Start by logging in to your Candy AI account using your registered email and password. If you’re using the app, ensure it’s updated to the latest version for seamless login. Visit Candy AI here.

Step 2: Go to Profile Settings

Once logged in, locate your profile icon at the top-right corner. Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, select “Settings.”

Step 3: Click the Account Deletion Option

Scroll down until you find the “Delete Account” link and click it. This is the “Danzer Zone” as labeled by Candy AI. It comes with a caution that you’re about to permanently delete your account and all of its data.

Step 4: Give a Reason for the Deletion

When you click the “Delete Account” link, Candy AI will ask you to give a reason for your decision. You will get a popup with a dropdown menu containing options. Choose a reason, describe it in detail, and hit “Next”. 

Step 5: Confirm the Deletion

Once you proceed to delete your account, Candy AI will ask you one last time if you’re sure about your decision. Remember, this is your chance to double-check that you want to proceed.

Click “Yes, Delete” if you’re sure or “No, Stay” if you want to keep your account.

Step 6: Complete the Deletion

Once you click “Yes, Delete,” Candy AI will begin the deletion process. A deleted Candy AI account cannot be retrieved even if you cited a temporary break as your reason.

You will also never be able to create a new Candy AI account with the same credentials (email, Google, Discord, or X account).
